The Gambia Football Federation GFF has appointed Sang Ndong as technical director.Mr.Ndong’s contract as national team coach ended in January 2018.
His appointment starts from February 1st 2018 as the new Technical Director,

According to official sources. He replaces Ebrima Manneh who is now the sports manager at Q-City. Mr Ndong’s departure from the national team coach post now means that a new coach has to be found for the national team.
According to GFF official sources, Government has been informed about the need for a new coach for the team, which is the responsibility of the Ministry of sports to appoint.
